The garage project was moved up by 2 weeks to ensure the garage would not be closed during the annual construction holiday.

• Working hours are from 7am to 5pm but noise hours will be limited to 8am to 4pm.

• All vehicles must be evacuated from the parking lot for the mobilization stage:

- May 7^th for 11,111 Cavendish

- August 7^th for 11,115 Cavendish

• For security reasons and to ensure the quality of the structure, access to the parking lots in the building site will be completely forbidden to building users during the construction period. The building staff will be able to access the parking conditionally with the wearing of a visitor protection helmet provided by SA Construction. If owners need access to a locker, they can coordinate access with the staff and foreman so that the owner is accompanied to his locker.

• It is highly recommended that all objects stored in the parking garages (bicycles, tires, etc.) be removed, as our work releases a significant amount of dust. SA Construction cannot be held responsible for the dirtying of objects that are left in the garage during the works.

Le projet de garage a été déplacé de 2 semaines pour s'assurer que le garage ne serait pas fermé pendant les vacances annuelles de construction.

• Les heures de travail sont de 7am à 5pm mais les heures de bruit seront limitées à 8am à 4pm.
• Tous les véhicules doivent être évacués du stationnement pour l’étape de mobilisation :

                                    - 7 mai pour le 11111 Cavendish
                                    - 7 aout pour le 11115 Cavendish

• Pour des raisons de sécurité et pour assurer la qualité de l’ouvrage, l’accès aux stationnements en chantier sera complètement interdit aux usagers du bâtiment pendant la durée des travaux. Le personnel du bâtiment pourra accéder au stationnement conditionnellement au port d’un casque de protection visiteur fournit par SA Construction. Si des propriétaires doivent accéder à un casier, ils pourront coordonner la visite du stationnement avec le personnel et le contremaître afin que le propriétaire soit accompagné jusqu’à son casier.

• Il est fortement recommandé de sortir tous les objets entreposés au stationnement (vélos, pneus, etc.), nos travaux dégageant une quantité significative de poussière, SA Construction ne pourra pas être tenue responsable du salissage des objets qui sont laissés dans le stationnement pendant les travaux.

Merci à tous pour votre participation à la réunion spéciale de jeudi dernier. Si vous vivez dans le bâtiment, maintenant vous devriez avoir les documents promis lors de la réunion. Nous allons également envoyer un courriel et envoyer les lettres par la poste aux personnes à distance lundi.

Thanks everyone for attending the special meeting last Thursday. If you live in the building, by now you should have the documents promised at the meeting. We will also email and send out the letters by regular mail to the remote people on Monday.

Il y aura une réunion spéciale dans la salle de réception de C-2 le jeudi 8 mars à 19:00. Les sujets à discuter sont : Présentation des nouveaux employés Manon Bertrand et Michel Beauchamp. Aperçu des frais de condo pour l'année prochaine. Fermeture des garages pour des réparations majeures commençant en avril juin. La nécessité d'une première cotisation spéciale depuis 2009 débutant le 1er mai 2018. S'il y a une réunion à laquelle il faut assister, c'est bien celle-ci.  Nous espérons vous y voir. Merci. Dear co-owners, REMINDER SPECIAL MEETING Special Meeting Thursday, March 8, 2018 GARAGE CLOSURES! SPECIAL ASSESSMENT! There will be a special meeting in the party room next Thursday, March 8th at 7:00 PM. The topics to be discussed are: Introduce new staff members Manon Bertrand & Michel Beauchamp. Outlook for condo fees for next year. Garage closures for major repairs starting in April June. The need for our first special assessment since 2009 which will begin on May 1, 2018. If there ever was a meeting to attend, this would be it. Hoping to see you and thank you. The Board members.
