IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR YOUR SAFETY You should under no circumstance allow anyone into the building if they are not visiting your residence.
Allowing UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE in the building has been upsetting and has caused problems.
All Co-Owners need to be more vigilant in safety and security and adopt the following:
If they are not buzzed in by a resident, then they do not have the right to be in the building.
If they are tailgating to enter the garage then they do not have the right to access to the Garage
When you open the door to strangers you are putting your life and that of other co-owners at risk.
People have been knocking on doors at all hours and then making a quick getaway by the fire escape stairwell.
Please report all suspicious behaviors to the Administration or call 911.

Si elles ne sont pas autorisées (via intercom) par un résident alors elles n’ont pas le droit d’être dans le bâtiment. Si elles font du talonnage pour entrer dans le garage alors elles n’ont pas le droit d’accéder au Garage.
Lorsque vous ouvrez la porte à des inconnus vous mettez votre vie et celle des autres copropriétaires à risque.
Des gens ont frappé aux portes à toutes les heures et ensuite ont fait une escapade rapide par l’escalier de secours.
Veuillez signaler tous comportements suspects à l’Administration ou composez le 911.
