Alarm Bell Update

The Alarm Bell Piezos have been programmed for each condo and are in the office. The actual system will not be operational until all the Piezos have been plugged in in each condo which could take a few weeks.

If you want your piezo as soon as possible because you are leaving for a vacation or some other reason, you should visit the office to pick up your piezo before leaving.  Please bring your payment for $200 with you. A cheque dated February 1, 2012 is fine.

Below are the installation instructions which really specify what you should do and not do. These instructions are actually intended for the people coordinating the implementation rather than each resident. However there is good information in the documents that you might wish to be aware of in advance.

When you first plug in the piezo, it will flash yellow as the battery is being charged. When the light on the unit turns green, the system will be operational. That will be in about 2 to 4 weeks from now.
