Videotron apparently has an issue administering a 400 GB limit automatically and has revised its offer to the group from 400 GB capacity to 130 GB. They do not wish to undertake a manual process that would be necessary with 400 GB. However, they did not revise their price accordingly.
While 130 GB is an improvement over
the current capacity limit of 60 GB, we do not believe it is adequate for a 5
year commitment. As a result, we proposed a 2 year contract instead and also
asked for a quote for a 5 year deal with unlimited capacity.
We are waiting for their response.
