Now that it has turned cold outside, we are starting to see a bit of damage below the skylights. At this time last year the damage was extensive.  This year, the gutters have reduced the amount of damage considerably but not completely.

We have had people in to evaluate what is going on there. We can see the condensation on the inside of the skylights but we need to understand why the gutter did not catch it all. The other item which was not resolved last year was the front of the pool where we placed a bucket last year. We need to address that as well. 

We expect to get it 100% resolved this winter.
