Reasons Why You Should Attend the Annual General Meeting-Oct 3rd # 1 - 5

1.   There are 3 current positions on the board of directors up for election.

                      a.      Some directors may not continue.
                      b.      If we return to 7 positions, 5 spots will be open.

2. We will have to close the garages for a month next summer for Bill 122 repairs.

3.  We have considerable work on the façade to do next year.

      4.  Although condo fees have not changed for the 3rd year in a row, they are expected to increase by almost 3% next year.
