



Pour ceux qui se demande par rapport a l'infiltration d'eau dans le garage PH2, nous croyons avoir trouvé la cause.
Samedi le 6 novembre 2010 nous avons eu deux personnes qui travaillent sur la fuite en PH2 G1, ils l'ont fait du bon travail et nous sommes certains que le problème est résolu.
Nous avons découvert que le trou de fondation dans le gros tuyau n'est pas étanche à tous et actuellement nous avons pu voir le jardin extérieur de l'intérieur de la garage.
Voici quelques photos afin que vous puissiez voir ce qui se fait.
Un grand merci à notre gestionnaire de l'immeuble, Bogie, pour avoir venu en dehors des heures de travaille pour superviser les travaux.
For those who have been wondering about the water infiltration into the PH2 garage, we believe we have found the cause.
On Saturday, Nov 6, 2010 we had two people working on the leakage in PH2 G1, they did good job and we are certain sure the problem is solved.
We have discovered that the hole in foundation around the big pipe was not sealed at all and actually looking from the garage we were able to see the garden outside.
Here some pictures so you can see what was done.

I have a few questions:
1. Was the company who did this job licensed and insured?
2. Was the work verified by a professional or by someone qualified? And if so, do we have his business license number, which can be verified?
Just asking this question for the protection of this building, reason being he's worked on the structure and if he's not properly qualified/licensed, if anything happens after the fact, we have no recourse.
