Les réparations des tours de refroidissement ont commencé au mois de janvier 2011 et les travaux sont environ 80% complets. Il est aussi nécessaire de faire l’entretien et la réparation de l’échangeur d’air qui se connecte au tour de refroidissement. Veuillez prendre note que le climatiseur d’air dans votre unité de logement ne peut fonctionner sans l’accomplissement de ces deux travaux.
Selon l’échéance, le système de climatisation (tour de refroidissement et échangeur d’air) sera mis en marche à partir de la deuxième semaine de mai 2011. Cependant, si le beau temps arrive plus tôt, il est possible de le faire fonctionner avant l’échéance, si et seulement si les travaux sont complétés avant l’échéance.
Une note sera clairement affichée dans l’édifice de l’état fonctionnel du system de climatisation. Il est très important de bien attendre l’annonce avant de servir du climatiseur d’air dans votre unité de logement.
A major repair of our cooling towers began in January and is now about 80% complete. There is also the need to do some minor maintenance and repairs on the Heat Exchanger that connects to the cooling towers. We cannot turn on the air conditioning system for the season until these 2 projects are complete.
At this point, we are targeting the air conditioning system to be operational by the second week of May. If the weather demands it and the jobs are completed by the first week of May, we will endeavor to start the system earlier.
As usual, a notice will be posted when the air conditioning system is working. Please do not attempt to turn on your unit until we have announced that it is operational.
