How do we know that this was vandalism and not accident(s)? Do we have anything on video?

There are no cameras in the area where the incidents occured so no video.

However the nature of the damages, the frequency, and the timing lead us to believe it must be vandalism and we cannot just let it continue.

Hopefully, we're wrong and these incidences were simply a coincidence. We do not believe so at this point.
