Il nous fait plaisir d'annoncer que la rénovation des cabines des ascenseurs est prévue pour commencer la semaine du 27 février 2012.
Les travaux consisteront à la mise à jour de l'éclairage, l'installation de nouvelles panneaux muraux, de remplacer les barres d’appui, et le polissage des planchers et les panneaux en acier inoxydable.
Il ne sera pas possible de réserver les ascenseurs pour déménagement quand un des ascenseurs de cet immeuble est hors service.
Le travail se déroulera en 4 étapes.
Étape 1 - Cette étape commencera avec l'un des ascenseurs de la phase 2. Au cours de cette étape un seul ascenseur dans PH2 sera mis en service et le déménagement ne sera pas permis dans PH2 au cours de cette semaine.
Étape 2 - Cette étape commencera au cours de la semaine du 5 mars sur l'un des ascenseurs de la phase 1. Il y aura un seul ascenseur en service dans PH1 et le déménagement ne sera pas permis dans PH1 au cours de cette semaine.
Étape 3 - Cette étape commencera dans la semaine du 12 mars sur le deuxième ascenseur de PH2. Le déménagement ne sera pas permis dans PH2 au cours de cette semaine.
Étape 4 - Cette étape commencera dans la semaine du 19 mars sur le deuxième ascenseur de PH1. Le déménagement ne sera pas permis dans PH1 au cours de cette semaine.
L’échéancier ci-dessus peut changer légèrement en raison de l’envergure de travail différent et des délais possible de réception des matériaux commandés. Les copropriétaires seront avisés de tout changement majeur dans le calendrier ci-dessus.

We are pleased to announce that the renovation of our elevator cabins is scheduled to begin the week of 27th February 2012. The work will involve updating the lighting, installing new wall panels, replacing the lean bars, and polishing the floors and stainless steel panels.
It will not be possible to reserve the elevators for moving in the building when one elevator of that building is out of service.
The work will proceed in 4 stages.
Stage 1 - This stage will start with one of the elevators of Phase 2. During this stage only one elevator in PH2 will be in service and moving will not be permitted in PH2 during that week.
Stage 2 - This stage will start during the week of the 5th March on one of the elevators of Phase 1. There will be only one PH1 elevator in service and moving will not be permitted in PH1 during that week.
Stage 3 - This stage will start in the week of 12th March on the second elevator of Phase 2and moving will not be permitted in PH2 during that week.
Stage 4 - This stage will start in the week of 19th March on the second elevator of Phase 1and moving will not be permitted in PH2 during that week.
The above dates may change slightly due to the different workloads on the various elevator cabins and on-time receipt of ordered materials. The co-owners will be notified of any major changes to the above schedule.
Hopefully we will not have many inconveniences.

A few details about the renovation that starts this coming week.
Initial work will begin on Tuesday February 28th with polishing of the stainless panels inside the elevators.
This task is expected to require 2 days for the 4 elevators in both buildings.
You should expect one elevator to be out of service for one day in each building as the work proceeds.
We will update the schedule for the rest of the work next week.
