Lorraine a de l’expédience antérieur dans ce domaine, ayant dirigé les deux bâtiments du Sanctuaire et travaillant des années comme bénévole pour les conseils de copropriétaires. En plus, elle apporte une formation en droit et de bonne expérience dans l'immobilier. Lorraine nous a impressionné par ses connaissances, les compétences organisationnelles, et l'engagement à appliquer les règles.
Il n'y aura pas de changement dans les heures de bureau avec ce changement.

Please join us in welcoming Lorraine Bray, our new Manager, to Les Cascades Saint-Laurent.
Lorraine comes to us with condominium experience after having managed two buildings at Le Sanctuaire and years of volunteering for condominium boards. She brings with her a law background and a successful track record in real estate. Lorraine has impressed us with her knowledge, organizational skills, and commitment to ensuring that rules according to our DCO and bylaws are followed.
There will be no change in office hours with this change.
