Due to health issues, in accordance with clause 11.1.4 of our DCO, Eric Bresler has given us the required 30 day notice that he must resign from the Board of Directors.
Eric has been an important member of the board for years and Les Cascades will not be the same without his contribution. We are grateful to Eric for his hard work and wish him a speedy recovery.
According to our Declaration of Co-Ownership, we must take the appropriate steps to ensure we have at least 5 board members. We will arrange a special meeting to replace Eric in the next 2 months as it must be held within 4 weeks after his resignation takes effect in 30 days. Details will follow.
If you are interested in serving on the board, please notify the administration as we will probably want to have a list of candidates in advance so that the special meeting may proceed efficiently.
