Tapis Roulant Nouveau / New Treadmill

Pour l'information de nos résidents, un nouveau tapis roulant (modèle Life Fitness ACTIVATE) a été commandé et devrait être livré avant le 1 janvier.

For the information of our residents, a new treadmill (Life Fitness ACTIVATE model) has been ordered and should be delivered before the new year.

Service Internet de Vidéotron / Videotron Internet Group

Nous sommes maintenant dans la deuxième année de notre contrat Internet de Vidéotron. Il ya une augmentation du taux de Février 1, 2013.

We are now in the second year of our Videotron Internet contract. There is a rate increase on February 1, 2013.

Comme toujours, nous exigeons le paiement à l'avance afin de minimiser l'effort de l'administration.

As always, we require payment in advance in order to minimize the administration effort.

Une fois de plus, nous offrons aussi la possibilité de payer en deux versements - un chèque daté du 15 Janvier 2013, et un second chèque postdaté en date du 1 Juillet 2013. Il ya des frais d'administration de 10 $ si vous choisissez de payer en 2 versements.

Once again, we are also offering the opportunity to pay in two installments – one cheque dated January 15, 2013 and a second post-dated cheque dated July 1, 2013. There is a $10 administration fee if you choose to pay in 2 installments.

Comme d'habitude, vous pouvez payer toute l'année à l'avance si vous souhaitez éviter les frais d'administration de 10 $.
 
As usual, you may pay the entire year in advance if you wish to avoid the $10 administration fee.
