Pool Building

We wish to inform you that work will begin on the pool building starting in the 2nd week of August. The objective is to fix the entire roof including the skylights since the patch job we did last summer obviously did not work.

We will:

1.       Replace the pool roofs – (There are 2)
2.       Replace the Skylights including the boxes they sit on.
3.       Install the membrane under the air conditioning system located on the pool roof
4.       Perform brick work to properly seal the walls of our main buildings to the new roof membrane.
5.       Caulk the windows of the 2 condos overlooking the pool roof.
6.       Repair and paint the inside of the pool building.
7.       Sandblast and paint the pool with a different product that is supposed to last 8 years.
8.       Paint and repair the bathrooms where necessary.

We expect the pool to be closed for up to 6 weeks starting around that time.
