Balcony Railings

Please be advised that we had to postpone the painting of the balcony railings until next spring.

The poor weather earlier this summer only allowed for a small window of opportunity and by the time the weather improved, our contractor was not available. This is the same contractor who did a great job painting the railings the last time about 5 years ago.

We checked with other contractors but their quotes were much more than our preferred choice. We did not anticipate July-like weather in September and since painting cannot be done when the temperature falls below 10 degrees C at night, it had to be deferred.

We have already reserved the contractor for as early as possible next spring.
