There has been considerable correspondence coming out of the office lately and we understand that not everyone has the time to immediately read everything we send.
On Monday December 5th, each resident will receive a letter from the administration about the status of the Videotron internet group. We ask you to please take the time to read the letter carefully and respond as soon as possible – particularly if you are currently a member. Also, if you are not a group member and wish to join, please let us know.
We have an important decision to make and need your feedback.

Last week we sent out a letter asking whether people would wish to continue in the internet group.
The status so far is that 40 current members have confirmed that they wish to continue and 12 new members have asked to join the group.
That is not enough for us to commit to a minimum 50 subscribers for the next 5 years. Therefore the internet group is in real danger of being cancelled.
No-one has formally said they will drop out, however 20 people who are currently members of the group have not responded at all to our letter so we still do not know where we stand.
We encourage those who have not responded to please do so ASAP as the Videotron offer is due to expire shortly.
It would be unfortunate if those 20 people still wish to participate but we were forced to cancel because we simply did not receive the information on time.
It is just as important for us to know that you do not wish to participate as that would also help confirm the decision we must take.
